By downloading, accessing, or using Speechy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

1. Intended Use & Audience

• Speechy is designed for children, primarily ages 2-6, under parent or legal guardian supervision.
• The app is built to support speech and language practice through structured activities and routines.
• You are responsible for supervising your child and determining whether the app is suitable for your family.

2. No Medical Advice

Speechy is an educational support tool and is not a medical device or a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or professional speech-language pathology services.

If you have concerns about your child’s development, consult a licensed healthcare or speech-language professional.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You may not copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.

4. Parent-Provided Profile Data

Child name and gender stay on the local device and are never sent to our servers.

5. Purchases, Subscriptions & Billing

• Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• Billing is handled by Apple via your Apple ID, and purchases are intended to be completed by a parent or guardian.
• We do not process or store your full payment card details.
• Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow Apple’s policies.

6. Child Safety & Parental Gates

• Speechy does not include third-party ads for children.
• Purchases and external links are placed behind parent-gated flows.
• You agree not to bypass or attempt to disable child safety controls.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, including design, graphics, audio, and software logic, is owned by Code Nest or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability & Changes

• We may update features, pricing, or content at any time to improve the app.
• We may suspend access for maintenance, legal reasons, abuse prevention, or security.

9. Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limits

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Nest will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms & Contact
