This Privacy Policy explains how Code Nest (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information in the LittleThinker mobile application.

1. Child Privacy & COPPA Compliance

LittleThinker is designed for young children and complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect, use, or share personal information from children under the age of 13.

2. No Personal Data Collected

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users of the app. The app does not request or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise locations, photos, or other personal identifiers.

3. Onboarding Survey

At the beginning of the app, parents may be asked to answer a short onboarding survey. This survey is completely anonymous and used solely to personalize the learning experience. The responses are processed and stored locally on the user’s device. They are never sent to a server, not linked to any identity, and not used for tracking or advertising.

4. Subscription & A/B Testing Service

We use a trusted third-party service called RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions, and occasionally to test improvements to the onboarding experience. RevenueCat does not collect personal information or identify individual users. It is used solely to verify purchase status and manage access to content.

5. Analytics & Performance

We may use basic, privacy-preserving analytics tools to understand general usage patterns (for example, how often certain screens are viewed). These analytics are aggregated and de-identified — no behavioral profiles or tracking identifiers are created. This information helps improve stability and educational quality.

6. No Ads or Behavioral Tracking

LittleThinker does not display third-party advertisements, use advertising identifiers, or engage in any behavioral tracking. The app experience is ad-free and designed for a safe, distraction-free environment for children.

7. Data Security

Although we do not store personal data, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect anonymous configuration or subscription data handled by trusted services such as RevenueCat. All communications with these services are encrypted using HTTPS.

8. Parental Rights

Because LittleThinker does not collect or retain personal data, there is no personal information to review, correct, or delete. If you have any concerns or wish to verify how anonymous data is handled, you may contact us directly.

9. International Compliance

We align with applicable privacy standards such as COPPA (US) and GDPR-KD (EU), applying the principles of data minimization, parental consent, and transparency in all regions where the app is available.
