Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KidBrain, a mobile application designed and operated by Code Nest. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app immediately.
1. Intended Audience
KidBrain is designed for young children aged 3 and up. The app is primarily intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing your child to use the app, you consent to their use under these Terms.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the app without our written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the app (including graphics, sounds, gameplay, and design) is the intellectual property of Code Nest and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
4. User Content
The app does not currently allow for user-generated content. If future features allow content submission, you will retain ownership of your submissions while granting us a license to use them within the app and its services.
5. No Warranty
The app is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Code Nest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
8. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
KidBrain requires a paid subscription to access its full content. After an initial onboarding experience, continued use of the app is restricted unless a subscription is purchased.
All payments and subscriptions are managed and billed by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple’s policies govern all billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Settings app or Apple ID account settings.
9. Third-Party Terms (Apple)
Use of KidBrain on iOS devices is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions, including their App Store and subscription policies. For more information, please review Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
